Mary is the best!!! Professional, extremely knowledgeable, super responsive, extremely helpful and over the top super friendly. In addition, Mary is super organized with all paperwork and extremely knowledgeable with technology. This of course will make your transaction smooth as silk. We had an accepted offer, over list price within an hour of listing.

I can not find the words that describe my experience but I’ll try. Mary showed me what I thought I wanted and some she thought I might like. She was very friendly and fun to do serious business with. I would recommend her and the Barbara Mullaney team to everyone. I would highly recommend her as I have stated previously I like the fact that I had two women show me around many properties at once, several times even if it wasn’t their property. I like the gentle text reminders, emails and personal phone calls. I was amazed at the professionalism and fortitude as well as the patience they both displayed when I had so many demands during a very trying covid time. Everyone, greeter, secretary and REA from day 1 of my first appointment at the office displayed politeness, friendliness, and were fun, enthusiastic professionals. These kind of mannerisms made me feel comfortable like one of the family.
